Each sacred session is a self-contained experience. You don't need to be in a container to receive them. Show up, breathe, listen.
These offerings work with the body's vibrational field to clear what's stuck, regulate the nervous system, and return you to the coherence that's already yours.
The Sessions
Each available 1:1, with select sessions offered in groups, workshops, or by application.
Energetic Clearing + Sound
Vital energy flows throughout your body. This session pairs energetic clearing (much like Reiki, with gentle touch and hands placed just above the body) with holographic sound healing tuned to 432 Hz. Together they release stored tension, calm the nervous system, and leave you refreshed, rooted, and at home in your body.
Yoga Nidra Sound Journey
Each journey opens with Yoga Nidra, a guided "yogic sleep" accompanied by quartz crystal singing bowls tuned to 432 Hz, to quiet the body and carry you into a deep meditative state. From that stillness it flows into a full sound journey and intuitive vocal toning, the frequencies doing the work while you simply listen and rest. Supports managing anxiety and depression, profound relaxation, mental clarity, and the release of stored tension in the body.
Intuitive Guidance
The tarot is a mirror for the soul, a deck of symbolic images that helps us listen to the wisdom already living within us. In a reading, the cards become a channel to commune with your guides and your higher Self, opening space for the messages meant for you. On our call, you share the questions sitting on your heart, and I pull the cards to see what answers and guidance come through. Prefer not to hop on a call? I can also do the reading on my own and send it to you by email, the messages written out for you to return to. Either way, I'll send you images of the cards that came through, so you can keep them close and revisit what they hold. Each written reading includes one spread and a round of clarifying questions, should something stir that you'd like me to sit with further. A gentle, grounding way to find clarity, feel held, and remember your own knowing.
Movement & Breath
A range of yoga styles to meet you wherever you are: dynamic Vinyasa flows, deeply still Restorative practice, Prenatal yoga for the pregnancy journey, Kids classes for the little ones, and 1:1 or group private sessions. Every class honors the whole being: body, breath, and soul, and is tailored to where you are that day.
Birth Ceremony
A sacred sound presence at the threshold of new life. I attune to the energetic fields of mother and baby as they cross through the birthing portal, weaving holographic sound that meets the moment with reverence. A held container for the sacred passage.
Yoga Nidra is included as the opening of every Holographic Sound Healing session and isn't sold on its own. Yoga group classes, workshops, and travel beyond 15 miles for in-person sessions (+$10 per 15 miles, one-way) are available by inquiry.
Coaching clients Tier II and above receive 20% off Sound Healing ($100) and Soul Attunement ($140) as in-container add-ons.
What sessions support
Each session works in its own way, but the underlying gifts are shared. Here's what tends to land.
Down-regulate the body, release stored tension, return to parasympathetic ease. The work of being held without having to do anything.
Sound and breath work directly with the vagus nerve. Many clients report lasting shifts in mood, sleep, and the noise in the head.
Move what's stuck in the field. Old emotion, environmental imprints, residue from a hard week. Walk out lighter.
If you've done deep inner work (ceremony, coaching, life transition), sessions help the work land in the body and stick.
Yoga Nidra and sound healing both produce sleep-like brainwave states. Even 45 minutes can feel like hours of restoration.
Sometimes you just need to remember. These sessions create the spaciousness to hear yourself again.
