I often refer to myself as an ‘enthusiast of all things living’ – a reflection of my deep love for nature, animals, connecting with other people, and this magical thing we call the human experience.
My mission is to help people enhance their lives by teaching healthy practices you can incorporate into your daily routines. I have a strong focus on remembrance and empowering women.
To remember is to re-member. To collect members (pieces) that were once forgotten and bring them back into your awareness. Reclaim what is yours. That in which you have forgotten. It lives within you. It always has.
~ Remember who you are ~
~ Remember where you have been ~
~ Remember why you came here ~
My goal with women’s gatherings and women’s retreats is to create community and to remind women of the Divine Femininity we hold within. Together, let’s create a world of peace, equality, balance, and unity.
I have been teaching yoga and practicing meditation for 10 years. During this time, I founded a yoga studio (Soul Full Yoga) in New Orleans, assisted in many yoga teacher- trainings, and taught countless workshops. I find these practices to be essential for my own well-being and I’m extremely passionate about sharing them with others to assist in finding balance and harmony within mind, body, and spirit.
Now certified in Holographic Sound Healing, I create a unique sound bath experience- blending together Yoga Nidra and sound healing while using singing bowls to induce a profound state of relaxation. Using this blend of sound, we are able to go much deeper into meditation and enter a state conducive to deep reflection and subsequent healing.
I first fell in love with yoga in 2011. Soon after, I began leading group yoga in Slidell at Heritage Park and took my first 200 hour Yoga Teacher Training at Shanti Yoga in New Orleans. Immediately after, I started an apprenticeship studying under Nathalie Croix. I assisted her in public classes, multiple Teacher Training’s, and even assisted her in a few sessions with the local NBA team. I eventually earned my 300 hour certification, for a total of 500 hours. After receiving my 500 hours, I went on to take several more yoga trainings and find it important to continue to do so.
I have always loved the sounds of singing bowls and find them to be quite therapeutic for me. Playing my singing bowls has become part of my daily practice and a form of meditation for me. When I first experienced the meditative practice of Yoga Nidra I was blown away by how easily I was able to get into a deep meditative state. As soon as I become certified, I knew I had to blend Yoga Nidra and Sound Healing to create the ultimate meditative experience. Meditation is an essential tool for me to find a sense of calmness, peace, and balance of my emotional and spiritual well-being. This is why I am so passionate about sharing these meditative practices.
In 2017 I created Soul Full Yoga, which first started out as a yoga studio in New Orleans on the infamous Magazine Street. I ran the studio for two years when I decided to transform my yoga company into the mobile yoga company it is.
A week before Soul Full Yoga opened I was in a car accident where I injured my spine. This led to me finding the healing method of ELDOA. The experience has transformed not only my yoga practice, but my teachings as well.
I have always felt inspired to host retreats. As I began branching out becoming certified in other healing modalities like Holographic Sound Healing and Yoga Nidra, it seemed like it was finally time to begin this next chapter of life in hosting retreats and working with women. This is when Soul Full Union was born.

I put a lot of emphasis on keeping correct anatomical alignment in each pose. Gravity is constantly pulling downward on us all day long creating compression throughout the entire body. For me, the main focus is to decompress and lengthen the entire spine. This will in turn, help us create more space for our organs promoting better health and overall well being. I often incorporate ELDOA stretches and warm ups in my sequences to keep your spine feeling healthy and happy!
I believe in adapting the yoga pose to the individual, rather than adapting the individual to the pose. There are many different modifications for each pose. This helps make the pose best fit your body and your needs.
Over the years I have worked with many people of all ages, shapes, and sizes with varying degrees of mobility – i.e. kids, adults, pregnant women, athletes, elders.
My goal is to help create a healthy lifelong practice for each individual and show you how to do that. I strive to give you the best experience you’ve ever had by shaping the practice to whats best for you.
My mission is to guide you into a well-balanced lifestyle by sharing daily practices, cultivating unity, and re-reminding you of the power you hold within. I put my heart and soul into delivering that experience.
Other passions of mine are animals and plants. When I’m not practicing or studying these healing modalities, I’m either spending my time spoiling my pets, feeding/ watching my backyard birds, or creating plant art for my other business, Soul Full Grows.
Community is important to help create safe and nurturing environment for one another to support, share and grow with one another. We don’t have to do life alone!
We rise by lifting others!
I am dedicated to contributing to a world of peace, love, remembrance, and unity.
It’s easy for some to become very woo woo in this business, but I pride myself in having a good balance of science and spirituality.
