A bi-weekly Women’s Gathering of Yoga + Conscious Conversation via Zoom on the 1st and 3rd Wednesday of every month at 6:00PM.
Participating in the livestream is a great way to hold each other accountable and create community. However, each yoga session and conscious topic will be recorded then posted in the
Member’s Portal. This way if you are unable to attend the live stream or want to rewatch the recording, you have the option to practice and watch it on your own time.
Our yoga + short meditation will be followed by a different conscious conversation topic each week. We will then open the floor for anyone who wants to share.
This is a safe space for you to feel SEEN and HEARD. To keep this a safe space, I will not record the sharing circle.
